First Outfit
(As she first wakes up from her nap to discover everyone waiting to party!)
(Fishy balloons and lots of fun presents!)
(Yummy Dessert from Auntie Olivia, Mommy & of course Betty Crocker!)
(Turning one is so much fun!)
(She would walk around to show everyone her cards from her gifts!)
(You would think this present was for the parents!)
(Showing her card of to everyone in her second outfit change!)
(Daddy made sure she had lots of balloons to play with!)
I had so much fun at her birthday party and it was one of the first times that I let go at a function and didn't worry about perfection, I just let things happen as they would. It was such a blast and we were so lucky to have such wonderful friends and family there to celebrate with us. Both grandmas provided an outfit for her rock star like entrances. She started with an adorable pink tutu from my mom and ended with a gorgeous handmade traditional Indian suit from his mom.
A special thanks to everyone for coming and for all the great gifts. I would also like to give a special thanks to all the extra hands for helping prepare for party as well as keep it going. I feel so loved and I know Kira was thankful too.
(MMmm who needs fruits and vegetables when you have cake!)
