Yesterday we were enjoying ourselves when a very sweet gentleman
asked if he could take our picture. It's not very often that we get a picture with
all three of us in it. I love it and am so happy he offered!
Kindness goes a long way.

Family is Forever!

This past weekend we went to L.A. to visit my beautiful cousin and her family. I was asked
to be the godmother to her baby girl, which I cordially accepted with honor.
We also took a trip to Universal City Walk which was a ton of fun and it was
so nice to be together. It was the first time we got the baby girls together, they are
a month apart and had lots of fun with each other. My cousin's little guy is such a ham with
a huge heart and lots of personality. I wonder
where he gets that from...maybe his momma.
Family is forever!

The most hilarious chicken sandwich ever!

Look at that face; that's the face of a baby that is not so amused
with mommy's laughing. Auntie Olivia and I went to lunch
together and I got a BBQ chicken sandwich.
When we got back home I decided to eat the rest of the other half.
I had the sandwich on a plate on the floor next to
Kira who was practicing sitting by herself.
One second Kira was up, the next she was down and the BBQ chicken sandwich
was launched into the air and landed directly on Kira's face.
(No worries, she was not harmed in any way)
She had it all over her face. At first she was shocked, then she cried,
then she gave mommy and auntie the "look" for even daring to laugh at her.
Eventually Kira saw the humor in it too and we all started to laugh.
Hope she at least got a small taste of it considering how messy she got.
We will never forget that day, I'm still laughing.
